O R D E R

The Petitioner herein seeks a direction to the second respondent to dispose of his representation, dated 13.6.2025 expeditiously within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.The Petitioner herein submitted an application seeking cancellation of revenue records in the name of respondents 3 and 4 pertains to the property in S.No.284/4B1, situated at Pannapatti(Melbagam)Village, Manapparai Taluk, Trichy District. The same has not been considered till date. Hence the Petitioner is before this Court with the present Writ Petition for the aforesaid relief.

4.Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the request made by the Petitioner is regarding UDR up-dation. 2/5

Therefore, the competent authority is the second respondent and the request of the Petitioner will be considered in accordance with law within the time limit prescribed by this Court. 5.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the Petitioner, dated 13.06.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits after issuing notice to the Petitioner and private respondents 3 and 4 within a period of period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
