O R D E R

This writ petition seeks a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to restore the petitioner's land referred to above and to restrain the respondents to enter the petitioner's remaining portion of land in Survey No.180/1A1.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of respondents 1 and 3 submits that the petitioner's representation dated 30.05.2023 will be considered and disposed of in accordance with law.

In view of the above submissions, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.05.2023 on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Such representation shall be considered and disposed of after conducting an inquiry, affording a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and to all other persons who may be affected by such decision during the course of the inquiry. In the event of any issues pertaining to land disputes, the parties shall approach the competent civil court. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
