Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned notification through paper advertisement issued by the 1st respondent in No. Nil dated 09.04.2018 and to quash the same in so far as the selection to the post of PG Assistant (Physics) is concerned and consequently direct the respondent to conduct selection to the post of PG Assistant (Physics) based on merit, without applying any reservation and to allow the petitioner to participate in the selection to the post of PG Assistant (Physics).
