ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus, directing the first respondent to speedy disposal of the proceeding in O.A.No.10 of 2022 dated 29.06.2022.
2. The respondents 2 to 7 have filed a petition in O.A.No.10 of 2022 claiming exclusively pooja rights in the temple before the first respondent and the same still pending. The petitioners have also filed O.A.No.4 of 2023 claiming poosari rights.
3. Therefore, this Court without expressing any opinion, directing the first respondent to conduct an enquiry, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as the respondents 2 to 7 and also grant personal hearing, thereafter pass a speaking order. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of the copy of the order. 2/4
4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
