PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent herein to conduct inquiry in respect of the fraudulent fabrication and registration of Adjudication of Power of Attorney in Adjudication No.25/98, dated 30.03.1999 in the office of District Registrar, Trichirappalli, and the consequent fraudulent registration of Sale Deed, dated 13.07.2006 registered vide Document No.3031/2006 in the office of the second respondent and cancel the said registrations in the respective books of the first and second respondents' office and to grant such other suitable orders or directions that may deem fit.

O R D E R

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent herein to conduct an enquiry with regard to the Adjudication of Power of Attorney in Adjudication No.25/98, dated 30.03.1999 in the office of District Registrar, Trichirappalli, and the 2/5

consequent fraudulent registration of Sale Deed, dated 13.07.2006 registered vide Document No.3031/ 2006.

2. The learned counsel for the third and fourth respondents submit that pending Writ Petition, the first respondent has already conducted an enquiry and passed an order on 21.09.2015. As per the said order, the writ petitioner was directed to approach the competent civil Court for adjudication. Accordingly, a suit was also filed by the petitioner.

3. Since the first respondent has already conducted an enquiry and passed orders, the prayer sought for in the Writ Petition has already been complied with and no further orders are required. Hence, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
