ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to strike off the 1/4
plaint in O.S.No.92 of 2019 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Thirumangalam.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that now, the suit is at the stage of defendants side further evidence and the evidence of DW.1 was over. In view of the subsequent development, the petitioner is not inclined to proceed with the Civil Revision Petition and hence, he seeks a direction for early disposal of the suit pending before the Court below.
3. In view of the said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed with a direction to the Court below to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.92 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
