RESPONDENTS/RESPONDENTS Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon me in the above CRL.M.P(MD) No.10812 of 2018 in CRL.R.C(MD) No.671 of 2018. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.CHANDRASEKAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.V.NEELAKANDAN, Additional Public Prosecutor for R2 and Mr.K.BALASUBRAMANI, Advocate for R1, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.10812 of 2018 in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.671 of 2018, dated 27.12.2018.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.10812 of 2018 in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.671 of 2018, dated 27.12.2018 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

CRL MP(MD) No.9826 of 2019 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.10812 of 2018 in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.671 of 2018, dated 27.12.2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court once in three months i.e., on the first working day of every three month at 10.30 a.m until further orders. This petition is ordered accordingly.
