Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned selection list of Secondary Grade Teachers for BC & MBC Welfare Department (Kallar Reclamation Schools) dated 15.10.2014 published by the respondent No.3 and quash the same as illegal and consequently to direct the respondent No.3 to consider the petitioner for appointment to the post of Secondary Grade Teacher in BC and MBC Welfare Department (Kallar Reclamation Schools) in pursrance to the option exercised by the petitioner in pursuance to the addendum to Notification Advt.No.05/2014, dated 06.08.2014, within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
The relief sought for in the present writ petition is that to quash the selection of Secondary Grade Teacher for BC and MBC Welfare Department(Kallar Reclamation School), dated 15.10.2014 and to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner for appointment of Secondary Grade Teacher in Kaller Reclamation School. 2.The petitioner participated in the process of selection of the Secondary Grade Teacher. She wrote written examination conducted on 17.08.2013 and scored 98 marks. However, the petitioner was not appointed in Kallar Reclamation School. 3.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner made a submission that the selection of sixth respondent in Kallar Reclamation School is inappropriate and the petitioner scored more than that of the sixth respondent and therefore, the petitioner ought to had been appointed as Secondary Grade Teacher in Kallar Reclamation School.
4.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents brought to the notice of this Court that the writ petitioner appointed as Secondary Grade Teacher in Elementary Education Department. The writ petitioner is now working in Elementary Education Department.
5.In view of the fact that the writ petitioner had appointed as Secondary Grade Teacher in Elementary Education Department and that the selection was made in the year 2013, there is nothing to consider at this length of time. Thus, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
