ORDER

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent made a submission that Departmental Disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner ended with an order of punishment in proceedings dated 28.07.2017. The punishment is to the effect that stoppage of increment for two years was imposed without cumulative effect. Thus, no further adjudication is required with reference to the impugned order of suspension dated 16.10.2014. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
