The petitioner seeks a Mandamus appointing her to the post of Noon Meal Organiser in the Government High School as she says that she was the only candidate who had responded to a call for filling of vacancies issued by the second respondent ie., the Commissioner, Marungapuri Union, dated 02.02.2016.

2. Without going into the objections raised in the counter, it would suffice to record the submissions of Mr.A.K.Manikkam, learned Special Government Pleader to the effect that the State has consequently withdrawn all calls for applications for filling vacancies in Noon Meal Centres including notification dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD).No.10654 of 2018 02.02.2016. He would further assure the Court that the State is in the process of expediting issuance of the notifications as there as several vacancies in Noon Meal Centres.
