ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent herein to complete the process of investigation in Crime No.108 of 2022 dated 30.06.2022 within a time stipulated by this Court. 1/4
2.The petitioner is the complainant in Crime No.108 of 2022, which was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(1) of IPC.
3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that on the basis of the complaint, case was registered in Crime No.108 of 2022. During the course of investigation, it was found that it is a mistake of fact. So, on that ground, it was closed as 'mistake of fact' on 30.06.2022. Notice was also sent to the defacto complainant/petitioner. 4.Since notice was also sent to the petitioner, the petitioner may workout his remedy before the concerned Court. 5.With the above direction and liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
