ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondent to dispose of the revision filed by the petition dated 19.05.2024 within a stipulated time. 1/4
2. Heard Mr.T.Selvan, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader, who took notice for the respondent. By consent of both sides, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner's father acquired the property in Survey Nos.110/1, 111/2, 112 situate in Muthu Theven Patti, Veerapandi Village, Theni Taluk Theni District, under the sale deed dated 01.07.1982. After the death of the petitioner's father, the petitioner has been in possession and enjoyment of the same by paying kist. In the said situation, one Sumathi had created invalid documents and obtained patta for the property situate in Survey No.110/1. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner filed a revision before the respondent on 19.05.2025 and the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.
4. Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader, who took notice for the respondent, would submit that the revision submitted by the petitioner will be considered on its own merits within the time stipulated by this Court.

In view of the above submission, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondent is directed to consider the revision petition filed by the petitioner dated 19.05.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording a reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, above said Sumathi and other interested parties, if any.
6. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
