Second Appeal filed under Section 100 of Civil Procedure Code, against the judgment and decree dated 12.10.2011 made in A.S.No.20 of 2010 on the file of Additional District Court/Fast Track Court, Dindigul, reversing the judgment and decree dated 23.02.2010 made in O.S.No.240 of 2008 on the file of the Sub Court, Palani. ORDER : Second Appeal coming upon for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 11.02.2020 and the requisition letter submitted by the Additional District Judge, Dindigul vide the Letter in D.No.447 of 2020 dated 30.07.2020 and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.Vijayakumar, Advocate for the appellants and of Mr.K.N.Ga.Natraj, Advocate for the respondents, this Court made the following order:

This petition has been listed today for extension of time for disposing the appeal in A.S.No.20 of 2010 on the file of the Additional District Court/Fast Track Court, Dindigul.

2. This Court has already disposed of the Civil Revision Petition by order dated 11.02.2020 by directing the First Appellate https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

SA(MD). No.247 of 2015 Court to dispose of A.S.No. 20 of 2010 within a period of three months.

3. Now, the First Appellate Court seeks further time for disposing the suit owing to Covid-19 lockdown.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, further six months time is granted from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to the First Appellate Court for disposal of A.S.No.20 of 2010. The learned Judge shall keep in mind the attitude of the parties and dispose of the case within the prescribed time.
