O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking quashment of Crime No.551 of 2022 registered against the petitioners on the file of the first respondent Police for the offence punishable under Section 306 IPC.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondent submits that the investigation is completed and the charge sheet has been filed and the same was taken on file in P.R.C.No.47 of 2023 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sivagiri.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondent, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioners are granted liberty to challenge the charge sheet, if they are so advised. Connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
