ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus, directing the respondents to renew the licence of the petitioner Saw Mill namely "Sri Meenakshi Saw Mill" situated at No.181, Rice Mill Road, Rajapalayam - 626 117, Virudhunagar District for the period 2017-2021, 2022-2026.

2. The second respondent has already submitted a recommendation to the third respondent on 13.12.2021. The learned Government Advocate submitted that the third respondent has also submitted the same to the first respondent for consideration.

3. Therefore, this Court directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's case and grant license within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
