COMMON ORDER [Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] The petitioner, who is a third party to the writ proceedings, has filed these petitions, seeking leave to file appeals as against the order of this Court dated 15.03.2016 made in W.P.(MD)Nos.272 & 278 of 2016.

2.It is submitted by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 2 to 5 that the tenure of the School Committee for the period of 2014 - 2017 had already been expired. After lapse of 7 years, the petitioner has filed these petitions.

3.In view of the said submission, we are not inclined to entertain these petitions, accordingly, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are dismissed. Consequently, connected W.A.(MD)SR.Nos.34432 & 34437 of 2016 are rejected at SR stage itself. However, if the petitioner has any grievance, it is for him to workout his remedy before the appropriate forum.
