ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the second respondent police to conduct further investigation and include the offence committed for the accused as the complaint dated 25.05.2024.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the investigation in this case has been completed and charge sheet has also been made ready and that they are going to file the final report before the concerned Court.

3.The main contention of the petitioner is that he has given complaint on 07.05.2024, but they have not registered FIR on the basis of the complaint given on 07.05.2024. They have recorded written statement from the petitioner and on that basis, FIR came to be registered.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner himself has written the complaint in his own handwriting and only on that basis FIR came to be registered. 5.Since the investigation has been completed, the second respondent is directed to file the final report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate Court and the petitioner is at liberty to file a protest petition, if so advised.
