O R D E R

The petitioners want this Court to restrain the respondent from harassing them in any manner.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) informed the Court that the sonin-law of the petitioners 1 and 2 namely, one Rizwan is an absconding accused in a murder case. One Anish Mohammed was abducted and done to death in the last month. In that connection, the said Rizwan is wanted. Only to trace his whereabouts, the respondent has been approaching the petitioners herein. It is made clear that as of now, there are no materials to implicate the petitioners herein. According to the police, the petitioners are not accused and they are being enquired only to find out the current whereabouts of Rizwan.
