[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging non compliance of the order dated 07.06.2019, made in W.P.(MD)No.9154 of 2019.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with and encroachments have been removed. He has produced a copy of the proceedings of the Block Development Officer, Kadayam, in Na.Ka.No.M3/1002/2019, dated 25.01.2023, along with the photographs to that effect.
