ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a mandamus directing the second respondent to take action against illegal functioning of Guru Kripa Nursery and Primary School, Pattukottai Town and Taluk, Thanjavur District, by considering his representation dated 16.04.2018.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, based on the written instructions, submitted that the fourth respondent School is not functioning as on date and it was closed in the academic year 2021-22.
