ORDER

The petitioner has lodged a complaint dated 02.06.2025 before the respondent Police as against the private respondents and also filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondent Police to take appropriate action on his complaint dated 02.06.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the complaint of the petitioner was treated as petition enquiry in CSR No.386 of 2025 on the file of the Paramakudi Police Station. After conducting the preliminary enquiry, they found that it is a money dispute and therefore, they have closed the complaint on 28.05.2025 advising both the parties to approach the appropriate civil forum.

3. This Court considered the rival submissions made.

4. The petitioner has made certain allegations as against the private respondents. Since it is a money dispute, the respondent Police closed the 2/4

petitioner's complaint on 28.05.2025.

5. In view of the above, this writ petition is closed, with a direction to the respondent police to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner enabling him to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs. 24.07.2025 ogy NCC : Yes / No.
