ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent herein not to interfere in civil disputes on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent except under due process of law.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
