Prayer in C.R.P.1737 OF 2019 Civil Revision petition is filed uner article 227 of the Constitution of India to call for the records relating to the Fair and Decreetal Order passed in I.A.No.120 of 2017 in O.S.No.32 of 2014 dated 01.08.2019 on the file of Learned II Additional District Judge, Thoothukudi and set aside the same ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for hearing on this day under caption "Extension of Time for Lower court and upon perusing earlier order dated 05.04.2024 and the requisition letter submitted by the II Additional District and Sessions Judge,Thoothukudi in D.NO.1039/0S/2024 Dated 10.10.2024 seeking further time of three months time for Dispose of the suit, the this Court made the following order:
The learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Thoothukudi, sent a letter, dated 10.10.2024 requesting an extension of further time to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.32 of 2014, pursuant to the order of this Court, dated 05.04.2024.
2. Having considered the reasons stated in the letter, dated 10.10.2024, this Court is inclined to extend for another three months time to dispose of suit in O.S.No.32 of 2014. Accordingly, three months time is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to dispose of the said suit in O.S.No.32 of 2014.
