This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to instruct the 2nd and 3rd respondents not to harass the petitioner

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the official respondent

3. Perused the materials placed on record.

When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the fourth respondent the respondent registered a in Crime No.41 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 498(A) and 406 of IPC and investigation is pending before third respondent police. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
