Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.LAKSHMANARAJA.U, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VEERENTHIRAN, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14667 of 2022 on 23.08.2022. 2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.On the side of prosecution, it is stated that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.
