The petitioner, who is the defacto complainant in C.C.No.83 of 2021 on the file of the Fast Track Court (Magistrate Level) Karaikudi, 1/4

Sivagangai District, has filed this petition seeking a direction to the trial Court to complete the trial in the said case, within a time frame. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner herein has lodged a complaint as against the respondent for the offence punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. The petitioner claims that though P.W.1 was examined in chief and also cross examined on 17.05.2023, at the instance of the respondent / accused, the case was reopened on 24.11.2024 for examination of P.W.1. However, examination could not be completed for want of Judicial Officer. According to him, the in-charge Judicial Officer is not in a position to take up the trial for final hearing. 3.This Court has considered the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

4.Even according to the petitioner, there is no Presiding Officer and the in-charge Judicial Office is dealing with the matter. Without ascertaining the pendency of the cases before the concerned trial Court, this Court is not inclined to issue any directions. However, the Fast 2/4

Track Court (Magistrate Level) Karaikudi, Sivagangai District shall consider the case of the petitioner and dispose the same as expeditiously as possible.
