ORDER
This writ petition is filed to quash the impugned order, dated 06.05.2014.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the petitioner and the second respondent was neither represented through Counsel nor appeared as party in person.
3. The learned Counsel appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that the petitioner was disbursed with all monetary benefits which is applicable to the petitioner and also receiving pension of Rs. 986/- per month. However, the respondents have not paid the Earned 2/4
Leave salary to the petitioner. the same shall be paid to the petitioner within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above said observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
