No.A6/6623/2012 dated 10.10.2014 on the file of the Respondent no.2 and to quash the same as illegal and consequently to direct the respondents to include the petitioners name in the list of Deputy Tahsildar for the year 2009 and provide all consequential promotions, monetary benefits to the petitioner with in the time period stipulated by this Court.

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition to quash the impugned order, dated 10.10.2014 and to consequently direct the respondents to include the petitioner's name in the list of Deputy Tahsildar for the year 2009 and provide all consequential benefits and monetary benefits.

2.When the Writ Petition was taken up for hearing, it was reported that the petitioner died on 06.02.2019. 3.Therefore, this Writ Petition is dismissed as abated. No costs.
