2. Mr.N.S.Ponniah has entered appearance for the respondent. He has no objection to the delay being condoned.

3. I have gone through the affidavit and find that sufficient cause has been made out. Hence, the delay is condoned. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed.
