Considering the fact that the only return now made is for a direction to the petitioner to include the names of the borrowers, this Court is inclined to dismiss this Civil Revision Petition and accordingly, is dismissed directing the petitioner to comply with the return dated 28.10.2021. Upon compliance of this return, the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar at Srivilliputhur shall immediately number the Insolvency Petition. No costs.
