ORDER

Today when the matters are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondent submitted that all the departmental enquiry proceedings have been dropped since the petitioner died. Therefore, the legal representatives are entitled to the terminal benefits whatever is entitle to the deceased employee. The submissions are recorded.

2. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as abated. The legal representatives are directed to approach the respondent and thereafter, the same shall be disbursed, within a period of eight weeks. No costs.
