The Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus with respect to the representations given by the petitioner on 1/3
21.12.2018, 10.06.2019, 18.06.2019 and 06.09.2019. 2.Heard Mr.K.C.Ramalingam, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Kameshwaran, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.
3.When the matter came up for hearing, Mr.S.Kameshwaran, learned Government Advocate pointed out that an order has been passed by the first respondent on 04.02.2020 in Na.Ka.No.A3/5505/2019.
4.A copy of the order has now been given to the learned Counsel for the petitioner in open Court. Service of the learned Counsel is deemed to service on the petitioner. The petitioner may move forward in manner known to law questioning the said order.
5.It is complained by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that opportunity had not been granted to the petitioner while passing the said order. The petitioner is at liberty to take up that particular ground also while questioning the said order. 6.In view of the said development, nothing survives for further adjudication. Hence, this Writ Petition, which is in the nature of Mandamus, is dismissed giving liberty as above. No costs.
