The impugned order dated 23.10.2014 stating that no order of appointment was issued to the writ petitioner is under challenge in the present writ petition.

2.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the second respondent submits that the writ petitioner was reinstated into service and he was working in the Temple from 13.11.2014 onwards. 3.In view of the fact that the writ petitioner is working and the said fact is admitted by the learned counsel for the second respondent, the impugned order lost its relevant and significance. Accordingly, no further adjudication is required. In respect of other grievance if any exists, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the authority for his redressal.

4.With the above observation, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
