ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police, for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 506(ii) I.P.C, in Crime No.Not known of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.It is reported by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that FIR came to be registered in Crime No.20 of 2021 under Sections 498(A), 406, 494 and 506(ii)IPC on the file of the respondent police.

3.At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition.

4.Recording the above submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
