The petitioner with an apprehension regarding the licence granted to the petitioner, in connection with the Pharmaceutical and Blood Bank functioning at the precincts of Karthick Nursing Home, Perumalpuram, Tirunelveli has filed this writ petition for a Mandamus, forbearing the respondents 1 to 4 from either cancelling or changing the names of partners shown in the licence, by considering his representation dated 18.10.2014. 2/5

2.The learned counsel appearing for the third respondent by referring the counter affidavit filed by the third respondent/the Assistant Director of Drugs Controll, Tirunelveli submits that they have not made any changes in the licence in connection with the Pharmaceutical and Blood Bank functioning at the precincts of Karthick Nursing Home, Perumalpuram, Tirunelveli. 3.Recording the above submission and the counter affidavit filed by the third respondent, this writ petition is closed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
