ORDER

The writ petition is filed for the issue of a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to the 1st respondent in his proceedings Oo.Mu.P1-9964-2022 dated 22.07.2024 and quash the same.

2. It is fairly conceded by the learned Additional Government Pleader that the notice impugned in the proceedings has been sent by an oversight, and that no proceedings are intended to be taken on the basis of this notice and the same is closed.

3. Recording the same in the presence of Mr.N.Rengaraju, P.A. to the Sub Collector, Sub Collector Office, Paramakudi, the present Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected Writ Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
