This contempt petition has been filed that the order of this Court dated 03.11.2022 passed in W.P(MD)No.24991 of 2022 has not been complied with. This Court by order dated 03.11.2022 directed the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.07.2021 and to pass orders. 2.There is no representation for the petitioner. 3.The learned Counsel appearing for the respondent submits that in pursuance of the orders of this court, the petitioner's representation was duly considered, an enquiry was conducted, the outcome of the said enquiry was furnished to respondent and the petitioner has also acknowledged the receipt of the enquiry report by his letter dated 12.12.2023. 4.Recording the above submission of the learned Counsel for the respondent, this contempt petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to pursue his further course of action, if he is advised so. 15.12.2023 dsk 2/4
