The present writ petition has been filed by an Association challenging notification, under which Industrial Training Institutes were directed to renew their affiliation every 4 years by paying huge sum of money as renewal charges.

2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the said Government Order has already been withdrawn and hence nothing survives to be adjudicated in this writ petition. 3/5
