ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 147, 148 and 302 of I.P.C., in Crime No. 189 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

3. It is seen from the record that the petitioners' names are mentioned in the FIR itself. Specific overt acts have already been attributed to them. They are said to have been present in the scene of occurrence. The victim died while on the way to hospital. The occurrence had taken place only on 27.08.2021. Investigation is still at a very early stage.
