PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the respondent No.4 to comply the order in Crl.M.P.No.8356 of 2018 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Tiruchirappalli and consequently, register the case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 21.02.2018. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents Police submits that the Police have registered a case in Crime No.8 of 2023 against the accused for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 417, 420, 465, 468, 471 and 506(1) IPC on 16.08.2023. 2/4
