Respondents Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the 2nd respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner to enter into her property of house plot, measuring 721.00 Sq.meter comprised in old Natham Survey No.618/2, New Survey No.1372/38, situated at Sayamalai Pitcheri, Thiruvenkadam Taluk, Tenkasi District against the threat perceived from the 3rd respondent, on the basis of complaint dated 05.10.2021.

O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed for directing the second respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner to enter the petition mentioned property. 2.It appears that there is a dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent. The petitioner would assert that the petition mentioned property has been purchased by her and that she is its absolute title holder. Crl.O.P(MD)No.17237 of 2021 between the parties, the petitioner has to necessarily move the jurisdictional civil Court for appropriate relief. The second respondent cannot be expected to interfere in civil disputes. Leaving open the petitioner's rights and remedies, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
