Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the first respondent relating to the orders in NITT/Estt/Unit II/33-1/14-15/III (Office order No. 360/14-15) dated 07.11.2014, to quash the same in so far as the Petitioner is concerned (Roll NO. 11111009) and issue consequential directions to permit the petitioner to appear for the final examination commencing from 11.11.2014 onwards.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.
