Mr.C.Satheesh, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 and 5 and Mr.S.Vinodh, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the fourth respondent.

2.This writ petition is disposed of at the time of admission, after hearing the petitioner/party-in-person, learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 to 3 and 5, learned Government Advocate for the fourth respondent and after dispensing with the notice on the respondents 6 to 8. 3.The case of the petitioner is that with the blessings of the Official respondents, the private respondents, particularly the 8th respondent, has put up a road on the petitioner's land in S.No.35A6 situated at Peikkarambankottai Village, Orathanadu Taluk, Thanjavur District. Therefore, the petitioner has sent a representation, dated 09.06.2025, to the Official respondents to take appropriate action against the private respondents and to pay suitable compensation to the petitioner.

4.Reading of the complaint given by the petitioner seems to indicate that the road has been put up by the private respondents. Therefore, the remedy, if any, has to be worked out only before the civil Court by the petitioner. 3/6

5.Since there is a dispute as to whether the petitioner's patta land has been used for putting up the road by the private respondents or not, I direct the respondents 3 and 5 to conduct a joint survey in the presence of the petitioner as well as the private respondents herein to ascertain whether indeed the road has been put up on the petitioner's land in S.No.35A6 situated at Peikkarambankottai Village, Orathanadu Taluk, Thanjavur District. 6.In case, such road has been put up by the private respondents on the patta land of the petitioner, the petitioner may be relegated to work out the remedy in the manner known to law.

7.With the aforesaid directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
