ORDER

The writ petition is seeking for a direction forbearing the respondent from interfering with the possession of the petitioner's property. 2.The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the account of the petitioner had been closed on 28.03.2015 and the mortgage executed by the petitioner has already been discharged.

3.In the light of the said submission, no further adjudication is required to be made in this writ petition. Hence, the Writ Petition is closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
