2.The petitioner is a practising surgeon. The petitioner has been receiving a number of threatening messages on the whatsapp. He has therefore given a complaint before the third respondent. Since no action has been taken on his complaint, the present criminal original petition has been filed.

Since cognizable offences have been made on the face of it and since the matter calls for investigation, the third respondent is directed to register an FIR based on the petitioner's complaint and take action as per law. 4.The criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly.
