ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed challenging a charge memo issued by the first respondent herein as against the writ petitioner, who was the President of the Panchayat at that point of time. The tenure of the writ petitioner as Panchayat President had expired in the year 2016. Hence, nothing survives in the present writ petition.

2. In view of the above said facts, the writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions stand closed.
