ORDER
The petitioner with an allegation that the respondent police is harassing him under the guise of an enquiry has approached this Court. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the official respondents submits that the petitioner and the third respondent are husband and wife. The third respondent has filed a complaint that the petitioner has taken away the child forcibly from her. The said complaint was enquired in CSR.No.113 of 2025 and the same was closed on 19.07.2025. He further submits that they have advised the parties to workout their remedy before the appropriate forum. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
