Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first and second respondents to take appropriate action against the sixth and seventh respondents for mismanagement of Sri Ayyanar Temple, Paraipatti Village, Vadipatti Taluk, Madurai as provided under Sections 26, 33 and 53 of TN HR and CE Act, 1959 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 11.10.2022 within a stipulated time.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus, directing the first and second respondents to take appropriate action against the sixth and seventh respondents for mismanagement of Sri Ayyanar Temple, Paraipatti Village, Vadipatti Taluk, Madurai as provided under Sections 26, 33 and 53 of TN HR and CE Act, 1959 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 11.10.2022.

2. This Court, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, directs the first and second respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.10.2022, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well the respondents 6 and 7 and affording an opportunity of personal hearing and thereafter pass orders. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
