This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 6th respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 25.01.2019, within a stipulated time.
2. The petitioner has already filed a writ petition in W.P.(MD).No. 1833 of 2020, seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to cancel the fraudulent Patta issued in favour of the 9th respondent in respect of the petitioner's joint family property in S.No.2903/1B at Genguvarpatti Village, Periyakulam Taluk, Theni District, on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 25.01.2019, in which notice was ordered and one Government Pleader took notice. During the pendency of the writ petition, again the petitioner has filed the present writ petition, seeking direction to the 6th respondent to dispose of the representation, on the same set off averments.
3. For the very same cause of action, the petitioner has filed two different writ petitions. Hence, this Court is inclined to impose cost on 3/6
the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs. 1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) as costs to the Government Higher Secondary School, Y.Othakadai, Madurai (Current Account No. 10968750674, State Bank of India, Tallakulam Branch, IFSC Code No.SBIN0000253) within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
5. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
