ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Sub Court, Maanamadurai, to expedite the trial in E.P.No.1 of 2019 in O.S.No.77 of 2006 within a time to be fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner herein filed a petition in E.P.No.1 of 2019 in O.S.No.77 of 2006 before the Sub Court, Maanamadurai.

3. Since no adverse orders are going to be passed against the respondents, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court may issue a direction to the Sub Court, Maanamadurai to expedite the trial in E.P.No.1 of 2019 in O.S.No.77 of 2006 within a reasonable time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5. In such view of the matter, this Court is of the considered opinion that without going into the merits of the case, it would be suffice to issue a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the petition in E.P.No.1 of 2019 in O.S.No.77 of 2006 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
